Tuition is based on an annual rate and spread out in 10 or 12 payments. All families must complete the FACTS Tuition Assistance Application in order for complete enrollment process and determined your tuition based on Adjusted Family Income!
At full capacity the average cost of your child’s education is approximately $7,000. Through the generous support of many donors and the faithful of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, grants to offset your tuition are awarded based on your family’s income. Visit our school or go online now to apply for tuition grants. In order to receive tuition grants, every family must apply through FACTS tuition assistance online at factsmgmt.com/aid. Apply before February 9th. After this date contact Our Lady of Mt Carmel to inquire about remaining space and available grants. $300.00 for any additional student
*This fee includes FACTS Tuition enrollment, Software subscriptions, hardware/firewall maintenance, textbook lease, workbook/consumables, academic taxes & testing fees.
Other annual costs include: Fundraising fee (see fundraising commitment contract), After School Program, uniforms, extracurricular activities, school pictures, field trips, athletics, yearbook, 8th grade graduation, PTO, lunches, Tardy Fees, etc.
Tuition is due for any month in which student has attended classes. For example, a withdrawal on October 2nd will require the October tuition to be paid in full.
The refund policy applies to payments made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. In case of withdrawal. Prepaid tuition will be refunded except for the above.
